Medora™ was the first (and is still the only) synthetic grain material to reach high levels of FR and all global chemical compliance requirements.
Engineered with a natural cotton base, Bio-PU content, and proprietary FR chemistry, this patent-pending material provides a thinner, lighter material for higher dexterity without sacrificing FR performance. Our AX Connect technology allows for an additional option with touchscreen compatibility.
Soon after the release of the original Medora™, Medora™ FR-HA came along for higher abrasion (HA) in 0.90mm thickness. Available in a sand emboss, this material brings an increased grip to the table, ideal for palm overlays.
Medora™ FR Thermo-SRL rounds out the FR range. Designed with enhanced contact heat for welding environments, Thermo-SRL features a high-melting-temperature silicone surface that withstands extreme conditions (even molten drops) without melting or being destroyed. Its base is made from recycled leather, providing a sustainable edge to this breakthrough in fire resistance.
