Comfort and breathability are built right into Rivolta. Its polyester-rich composition contains only 15% PU (polyurethane). This lower PU content results in improved airflow, quicker drying times, and a softer feel – significantly outperforming nylon non-woven materials and their 40% PU makeup.
With Rivolta, grip properties are also embedded directly into the material, preventing the need for other grip overlays or silicone prints. This reduces costs and simplifies manufacturing while delivering a reliable grip that lasts the glove’s lifetime.

The Color Breakthrough: Now in Red
The Rivolta CDP line features a unique polyester formulation with a Cationic-Dyed Polyester (CDP) base, enabling the material to be dyed in vibrant colors, which now includes a brand-new shade: a true, vibrant red.
Historically, material manufacturers struggled to achieve a bold red color in core palm materials, settling for muted shades of grapefruit pink due to the limitations of nylon’s dyeing capabilities. However, after extensive R&D, our team unlocked a solution: Rivolta CDP’s Cationic-Dyed Polyester (CDP) base produces a vibrant, long-lasting red that won’t fade or migrate, even after repeated washing or heavy use. Just as important, Rivolta CDP maintains its exceptional durability through it all and meets EN388 Level 3 abrasion resistance.
Rivolta CDP in red is engineered for high visibility and bold aesthetics, making it ideal for safety-focused and visually striking glove designs. The red option is available in a 0.85mm thickness.
Additional CDP color options, including Grey A-1601 and Dark Coyote, are offered in both 0.85mm and 0.75mm thicknesses with touchscreen compatibility.
Sustainable by Design
By prioritizing durability in material design, AX breaks the cycle of waste and frequent replacement common with cheaper, less reliable material options. Rivolta delivers long-term cost savings while also reducing the environmental impact associated with excessive material production.
To take it a step further, the RPET version of Rivolta contains 56% recycled polyester, derived from post-consumer water bottles, and is Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) certified by the Textile Exchange. Due to the source of its recycled content, each pair of Rivolta RPET gloves directly reduces plastic waste and delivers measurable environmental impact.
Rivolta is also OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, ensuring that the material complies with PFAS regulations and meets global standards for safety and sustainable manufacturing.
In addition to its CDP colors, Rivolta is also available in solution-dyed black. This process ensures deep, long-lasting color while reducing CO2 emissions, conserving water, and minimizing the use of dye chemicals throughout the supply chain.
